Republic Development & Management Group (Republic DMG) hires Lea Aylor as Director of Sales & Brand Experience.

Lea Aylor joined Republic Development & Management Group in 2021 as Director of Sales & Brand Experience. Lea is a seasoned hospitality leader responsible for driving revenue, while elevating the service standard across all company properties. Additionally, Aylor oversees the strategic direction of the company’s brand.

Prior to Republic Development & Management Group, Lea spent a majority of her career in senior management positions with MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. Lea’s background includes sales, meeting and event planning, operations, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Aylor graduated from the University of South Carolina and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Com- munications with a minor in Hospitality. Lea is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
